Haven't heard anything about the suit being resolved, but, he is still playing in the CFL. Hard to establish heavy damages when you are still able to play.
But, if I remember correctly, the Titans were at fault for that golf cart being on the field during warmups. So, I imagine he has some case.

How the hell do you not know where the center is??? I mean, you don't even have to see the ball to see who the center is in that pic.

I'm gonna go ahead and say he was a little nervous. The sound of his heart beating 500 bpm and the blood rushing through his ears prob flustered him a bit.

I was there that night when Mcpherson got hurt. It was at the half I believe and he came out early to field some punts. The idiot mascot was running around and got on a cart that carried a few of the cheerleaders. It wasn't golf cart, it was bigger, more like a big version of those carts they carry injured people off the field with. Anyways, the mascot was driving the cart, right in the middle of the field, and ran right into Mcpherson from behind. The poor kid did not know what hit him. The sad part was that the mascot didn't even know he hit anyone since he probably couldn't see well out of his costume. All the passengers on his cart jumped off when he hit Mcpherson, but he just kept on trucking down the field, barely missing a few other people and down into the tunnel, out of sight. Mcpherson needs to be paid for the injuries he sustained and that mascot hopefully was canned.
