Nobody knows I can: Make straight A's..Made A honor last six weeks and these next two won't be any different.

Favorite Rebel Moment: Going out onto the field every Friday night and knowing i cant get in trouble for hurting the guy in front of me.

Hope he enrolls this fall rather than greyshirting. The sooner he gets in our S&C program, the better.

WM's S&C isnt a typical High school's. Its not gonna be a giant step.

Only two I'd take over Day. And yes I know Im a homer. But Im also a knowledgeable football fan.

Day will be an All SEC OG for MSU in the next three years. And for those concerned with his weight. I was told he recently weighed in at.... get this 292 lbs!!!!

When he gets the MSU playbook down he will be an immediate impact player for them.

Why do so many of you LSU fans think that Dillon Day is a JOKE? The kid was the most dominant player on the number one team in the state of Louisiana. Its not like he played at a 2A school. The kid is a beast IMO.

Watch this highlight film and then tell me your thoughts.

Dillon Day dominates

Not saying he is a joke at all. It's just that on this board all the WM guys talk about him as the next coming of Anthony Munoz or Andre Smith or something.
It's very Bill Brasky-ish is all.

I honestly cant figure out how this kid wasnt rated higher than he was. From watching his film and knowing the competition that he played against I would have guessed he would be a 4*.

I think that his problems with grades and the fact he supposedly was only 240 last fall hurt him from being rated higher or from receiving more offers.

Well I can't speak for everyone else, but he is the best OL that has come through WM. I don't know how he'll do in college, but the sky is the limit with him if he just keeps a good head on his shoulders.

Ill be happy if this kid is a multiple year starter for us, and if he ever does make ALL SEC it'll just be iceing on the cake.

We also signed another OL from Texas similar to Dillon Day in Archie Muniz who is 6'5" 245 during the season who just dominated guys in 5A Houston area football. Kid is now up to about 275 and after a year with our Strength and Conditioning coach both him and Day will be animals in 2011.

I can say with 100% confidence that Day is better than Whitworth at the same age. Whit was a TE his first 3 years at WM. Day is a mauler and now he's 30lbs. heavier than he was during the season.

You WM guys are starting to make me feel all wooly about Day. Like I said if he turns out to be a multiple year starter I will be happy with his signing, but to hear he is better than an all-SEC/NFL player now thats high praise.

Thats great to hear. I know Coach Mullen wants to get as many recruits on campus this summer as possible to get them adjusted to college life before 2 a days.

I have heard that we are also strongly recruiting WM players Chucky Hunter and Paul Turner. We have offered Hunter and are close to offering Turner. Not sure if we get either but hopefully Day can help sell our program to his former teammates.

I thought Turner had an offer? I know he was offered by TCU.
