Minipots... getting in form for the Jambalaya Festival. Me and a buddy had a cook off to gear to up for the competition in May.
They actually serve 2-3 per pot.
Cup of Rice, Cup of Pork, Cup of Sausage, Cup of onions, teaspoon of garlic, 2 cups of Water, various seasoning, a dab of beer here and there, and some green onions.
