then don't listen. I doubt ABC execs showed up at your house and put a gun to your head. I large portion of this country (myself included) need a healthier way of life.... but, by all means, lets continue to eat cheeseburgers and act like obesity isn't a problem...
god forbid someone give some solid advice on TV... it's getting in the way of all the reality shows and played out lame comedies...
