First of all, these are always fun and can lead to interesting debates in the offseason.

8 - Schaub
5 - McNabb
4 - Favre
11- Fitzthulu
73- Jahri Evans (FTW)

Regarding 32. Is MJD a better running back than Jabari Greer is a corner back? Some have Greer as a top 3-5 CB. Is MJD a top 3-5 RB?

At 28, I'll take CJ last season. Full body of work has to be Peterson, however.

I'm sure that I'll think of more as the day goes on and I get bored.

Is Joe Thomas the best LT in the game?

Evans is the best Guard in the game.

Debatable, but he is top a 3 LT which makes him much more valuable than a guard could ever be (not a knock against Evans).

Depends. Still, I have to say that in this exercise, I would not be upset with either Thomas or Evans being named the best 73.

AP Rookie and Sophomore Season Stats:
Games-30 Att-601 Att/gm-20.03
Yds-3,101 Yds/gm-103.4 Avg-5.16
TD-22
Fumbles-13
Receiving skills suck major balls

CJ Rookie ans Sophomore Season Stats:
Games-31 Att-609 Att/gm-19.6
Yds-3,234 Yds/gm-104.3 Avg-5.3
TD-23
Fumbles-4
Receiving stats are better all around, but I will say AP got better this year b/c of Favre

Looks like CJ's first two years are better statistically than APs. I'll take CJ's full body of work.

If an offensive and defensive player share the same number, they should both be on the list...

I think so.

Who would be the top 5?

AD
CJ
Rice
MJD

I think those 4 are clearly the best.

eta: Basing off most recent performance.

Thank you! People who think this is still a debate are crazy! CJ is better in every category. He just doesn't do commercials with his shirt off and is marketable so he doesn't get the hype.

I def think MJD is top 5 but the battle for the last spot is interesting. Thomas Jones had a great year but that was behind a monster OL. Steven Jackson has always been a stud but I think the suffering he's taken at St. Louis has been wearing on him.
