Blue Plate BBQ Sauce Concentrate used to be available from cajunsupermarket.com, but apparently not any more. I bought it from there twice, but it was very expensive, like $28 a gallon plus shipping. Instructions said to add 2 quarts of water and a pound of brown sugar.
Here is the ingredient list from the label:
Vinegar, Water, Sugar, Tomato Paste, Chopped Pickles, Soybean Oil, Mustard Seed, Salt, Paprika, Caramel Coloring, Garlic, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Spices, Artificial Coloring, Red Bell Peppers, Turmeric, Natural & Artificial Flavorings And Sodium Benzoate Added As A Preservative.
ETA: I once compared Blue Plate BBQ Sauce (thinned and sweetened) side-by-side with a quart of Dreamland Sauce I got from the founder of Dreamland, himself. The taste was almost identical.

Dreamland is my favorite BBQ sauce. Luckily, can buy it at Apple Market on Scenic Hwy in Pen. Dreamland in Mobile has good stuff, but is too expensive and they do not give you enough food for the money. Fixed that by just buying their sauce and grilling my own meat........
