If there is it's not on Ouncy's end but I would not be too happy if someone I purchased a business from opened up across the street under the original name...but that should have been addressed at the sale....someone slipped up...but he really can't blame Ounce if he did not have a no business clause in the contract....so the short answer is IMHO maybe from the tigerbait grill side...but Ouncy loves everybody.
