Got my DVDs in the mail yesterday (worked night shift last night, so was sleeping all day yesterday and didn't check my mail till this morning when I got home).
Watching the SuperBowl Disc right now.

I spoke with a Rep for NFL.com friday. Nfl.com will be selling actual footage of the Superbowl on dvd in July sometimes. I'm not sure about blue-ray, and they couldn't give me a price yet. she did tell me this should cover everything involved as far as pre-game and post-game footage.
