The 250 watchlist is out.
The iniatial rivals 100 and 250 will prolly come out over the summer after combines.

I wonder why rivals takes so long to release their initial list. Scout is beating them to the punch by almost 2 months.

About 2 years ago Rivals released them before national signing day for the previous years recruits.

Rivals needs to see who USC is likely to sign so they can adjust accordingly.

this... Scout will almost always have to drastically change their rankings due to jumping the gun on evals
