Chicago Chop House on Ontario is excellent, my favorite Chicago restaurant.

La Scarola is a really cool itialian place on W. Grand. Great atmosphere and very good food.
Toast in Lincoln Park is a good breakfast spot.
Red Head Piano Bar on Ontario for drinks.
