And if the SCHOOL administration felt that way then its within their rights to not have it.
Its pretty clear that the court leave that decision up to the SCHOOL. If they felt that the colt jersey would cause a disturbance then they had the right to censor his wearing of it.
Of course this still leaves us with the girl wearing the Pink.
