Safe to say if he's not playing next year, the coaches fricked up.

If he stays at Safety, the kid can go down as an all-timer. We'll be saying Chad Jones who?

No one believes that Loston won't play next year.

I didn't say they did. I just said if he doesn't, the staff fricked up. If Karnell Hatcher starts over him we've really messed up.

He will play for sure.

We have a recruiting average of at least 3.7 or so. On average we take more 5/4 stars than 3/2 (or at least they are near equal) which means that there is a high chance that the guy who started school last year was probably a great high school player and now has more experience with the system.

Everyone wants the freshman to have meaningful snaps but forget that they have plenty of others in front of them.

Do you realize that he had to have surgery? Who did you want to bench, Chad Jones? This is another example of a stupid post.

I was thinking the exact same thing yesterday...but then I looked at some Jakhori Gore film and he seems to be made for the slot. Loston should just be concerned with making the middle a bad place to be and running punts back for td's.

Where did I say anything about benching anyone? I'm talking about 2010, boss.

if hatcher outperforms him in practice then he needs to start. Les will start the better player. always does. high school highlights are fun, but he's not in high school anymore. so we'll see how he does in the spring.

Based on what Hatcher did this year, I doubt he outperforms Loston.

Another wonderful example of people building up hopes for kids based on their HIGH SCHOOL videos. Not saying the guy will be great...just saying who cares? Al Bundy once scored 5 TD's in a HS game...and look where it got him...

Were the highlights of Hatcher that much below that of Loston?

You had the opportunity to see the high school highlights of Hatcher translate into SEC play and judged him to be wanting.

What gives you the assurance that Loston would be a certainty?

FYI - I sincerely hope that he turns out to be a star from game one.
