I get that at this point he seems to be a love him/hate him as far as a prospect goes right now, but after watching the MTV True Life thing on and his film he intrigues me as a prospect.

Anyone have any word if he'll play on a high school team this year against some real competition? I really feel like if he just played against some decent competition he'd get noticed and maybe come a take at QB for us. Obviously the biggest knock on him right now is he played against mostly nobodies on a team full of nobodies. It seems like he really wants to play for a high school so he ensures himself offers from BCS caliber schools, and would be lock to LSU if we offered going by how big a fan he is of LSU.

Just a short rant, seems like an intriging prospect and nice young man.

I didn't like his film at all. That said, he probably hasn't had quality coaching. Greyshirt prospect.

I would think his best chance of succeeding, no matter where he went, would be to enroll for a spring semester(either early or grey shirt) and still red shirt the following year, so he could go through a whole season and two springs before he would even have a chance to step on the field.

He has the physical tools, they are there. He's tall, filling out well and has a good arm. But yeah, it's clear he could benefit from some actual football coaching.

Crowton liked him at the LSU camp. He is in dire need of coaching and talent around him. Look for him to be the qb at Central next year.
