Yep....

Copeland is much closer to 5 star than a 3 that is for sure

Gore has the quickest 0-60 film I have seen in a while

kind of understandable since he was hurt. i think rivals has him as a 4 star b/c of potential.
fact of the matter is though, you cant be a stud in 5A (or whatever fl highest classification is) Dade county without being able to ball

He should get 4 stars based on pedigree. (I'm talking about Gore)

I stopped paying attention to scout's rankings a long time ago.

I like TSD's articles and information much better than TB.. but I've always agreed with Rivals' ranking system much more than Scout's. I don't even think it's close

LSU is one of only 2 schools in the top 15 I think without a 5 star and we have very few 4 stars according to them

Tyrann Mathieu - not only is Scout missing on this kid I think he will be one of the best recruits in the class.

i did not see another CB with better cover skills in the entire country

other CB recruits out there may have better size but his coverage skills are silky smooth

Guess I never really payed close enough attention until I had the list of recruits with their rankings adjacent to one another. DAMN

Yes.....I have a Scout membership because Sonny kills it with LSU info....For national news and rankings I go with Rivals, even if it doesn't "benefit" LSU.

I hope the concerns over his grades are overblown. He reminds me of Jonathan Zenon (a bit shorter though).

Their rating system sux. Rarely do they rate players higher after a committment to LSU. Mike Ford was an exception last year but this year is just ridiculous. Having seen Williams play it is insane that he is rated a 2* by those numbnuts. He and the 4 you mentioned are all going to be good quality SEC performers IMO.
