Likely number one prospect for 2011?

There was a thread last night with a picture of a kid who looked like a man. I remember someone saying that he would be the number one prospect next year, but I can't remember his name. I think he was a wide receiver. Anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

He's a RB/LB and I will argue with anyone toe to toe that he's not naturally that gifted physically.
