Difference between high school baseball and ncaa?

I know there is a difference between ncaa and mlb but what about HS and NCAA?

i believe the seams on the ball are raised.

Really there's hardly any difference at all, in fact, there's little difference between Babe Ruth ball and college.

This is about the only distance I noticed. The seams are higher, allowing pitchers to get greater break on their pitchers. Not sure how much of a difference it is in reality, but physically they are not the same.

Or for your lazy pitcher. Makes for hell in your scoreboard when you're trying to cover the game. Nice stat line when you're 0-0 with 2 steals and 4 runs scored.
