My favorite Rotel dips are... 1# velvetta cubed and melted, brown 1# pampered pork sausage, and 1 can undrained Rotel. Also can substitute crab meat instead of sausage.

Hah you could probably throw in a handful of dirt and it would taste good. I usually go with a can of chili instead though
