Jeff Duncan Tweeted that he believes Shockey will be a go. That's all that's known at this point... and that's not very much.

you'll learn a lot depending on today's injury report. If Shockey practices today, he'll likely be active on Sunday. If not, it's anyone's guess.

Duncan also tweeted that he saw Shockey walking around with no limp.

The only player we have to worry about is Malcolm Jenkins, does not appear he can play.

If Jenkins can't go, they'll use Prielou and Young as Dime backs and they'll activate Reis for special teams.

I'm pretty sure Shockey would've played in the Super Bowl for the Giants with a broke leg if they let him. You could tell how awful he felt about having to watch when he signed with us. I'd bet he'll do anything to get back to the SB and play this time.

What's his injury? If it's not something severe, he's going to play IMO.

Payton said yesterday that Shockey's injury is a knee bruise. If that's the case he should be able to go. How much he is able to contribute depends on how deep of a bruise it is.

He didn't practice today and officially is questionable. With no practice today, it's hard to imagine he plays, but who knows. We need him.
