IMO, he is BY FAR the #1 priority of the remaining guys we are recruiting...

He's supposedly going to decide between LSU, Notre Dame, and Cal on signing day. But, he is still taking 2 more officials, one to Oklahoma and another to either FSU, Miami, USC, etc. In the article, his dad says that distance is no factor and he encourages him to experience new environments. All of these schools are a good distance away but I think all are in it.

I think a WR should be our #1 priority whether it's Ambles or Reed or Wright, then Ferguson and Parker. But I hope he comes to LSU.

I think our chances of getting at least 2 of the 5 or so WRs on the board, so thats why I'm saying getting one specific WR is not that important.

Parker is a long shot IMO; whereas, Ferguson is high on us and DL is a MAJOR need for our football team.

That's just the glaring hole in our class. Not saying one specific WR needs to be the priority, but getting one of the WR's should be.

I really would like to bring in as much LBing talent as possible, and we should be calling or texting or visiting Parker a few times a day. Hell, rent a room from his folks or something and let Wilson move in.

I get what you are saying about Ferguson though, it would be great to see him and Sam Montgomery on the field at the same time. M. Hill and M. Spears all over again.

I thought his final 2 were going to be Cal and LSU.

A recent scout article had 2 "experts" picks, one picked OU and one picked Miami...So that threw me off a little.

Not sure what to think, If I were putting money on it I'd say Cal, but we definitely have a chance.

I don't think its as glaring as you think. Simon will be a WR and Gibson and Vinson could easily be moved to the offensive side of the ball. I think its pretty much a done deal that 2 or the 5 remaining WRs will sign with LSU.

Probably not unless it's a necessity....The coaches want him at CB.

I've heard the rumors of him at CB but a 6'4" CB?? I just don't see that happening... Maybe safety.

Plus with the departure of Hunter, he fills the role of tall/athletic WR (plus he is much more physical the JH).

I know I've heard that too. I just can't even think of one CB (college or pro) over 6'2".

I believe he dropped the OU visit and eliminated them.

Cal/LSU battle with Cal in front right now IMO.

I am saying CAL because of the opportunity for playing time and mainly because he has 2-3 former teammates on the team and/or committed to CAL. He has always talked very highly of them.
