Depends on how highly you think of Beckwith, Highsmith, Sanders, Vaughn and Riley

Highsmith was much better. Beckwith before injuries was much much better. Sheppard has had about 3 decent games and 20 horrible games.

Ive heard you say this a couple times now, so you're saying unless he gets double digit tackles its not a good game?

i'm saying when he misses 90% of the tackles he has a chance to make in every game of his career up until he decided he wanted to tackle to impress his friends at the UGA game this year than he is not this great LB that people on here pretend he is

Was he good or even decent at LB in 2008? In 2009 pre-UGA game?

who on LSUs defense was good in 08?

Wasnt Cutrera the starter up until the UGA game? How is kelvin sposed to ball, when hes on the sideline next to RS?

After Jacob got hurt Kelvin went in vs UGA and blew up.

So what makes him a great all time LB? He makes tackles 7 yards downfield? Nice.

I guess you didnt see the "Miles era" in the title.

I asked where would he rank you dumbass, I didnt ask if he was a top all time LB.

I guess if he cant make the tackle at the LOS he should just give up on the play.

Darry never should have been moved to inside. Hes had a histroy of injuries dating back to highschool. He shoulda been kept at OLB.

You might want to start watching the games instead of just taking everything you hear from your friends at the tailgate as fact. Sheppard started early too and was terrible.

Link?

Asking if hes a top 3 LB in the Miles' era isint saying he walks on water.

I dont think "jumping on the pile" is added into his 103 tackles that was 4th in the SEC this season.

Stack like this: Beckwith before injuries, Highsmith as a senior, and Shep probably as a senior has a chance to be better than both. IMHO that is.

i love how you just avoid the fact that he probably missed 60 tackles over the past two years. So defensive over someone you are "not" claiming is an all-time great.
