Yes.
Even without any coaching you would expect some improvement. But he has got to be willing to take some risks in order to move the ball. His stats look good, but hell any QB's would rarely taking risks. The things that make JJ's stats look OK are the same things that limit the offense.
JJ has a decent football IQ. He shows flashes of it, the problem is playing it WAY too safely. Its killing the offense.
