Hotels in Atlanta for a Braves game

I am heading to a couple of Braves game for the opening series and I was looking for some advice as to where to stay for them. I know they have the Holiday Inn Conference Center right next to the field but I'm not sure if this is a good place or if somewhere else in the area is better.

i always stay at the conference center. its the best hotel to stay at if you want to walk to the game. the other hotels close to the stadium are pretty crappy
