Back in 2007 Big Balls Les or whatever yall called him showed horrendous clock management skills (letting the clock run down against Auburn and lucking out with that TD grab). Against Kentucky he called 4 run plays in a row in OT which ended up turning the ball over. Back then he was ballsy and risky and yall loved him. Now yall are throwing him under the bus because the luck did not bounce the Tigers way this year.

If yall fire him it will be very hard getting a good coach to come to Baton Rouge. Why would someone want to coach at a program that fired its previous one two or three seasons removed from a title?

the clock didn't run out during the Auburn game. Flynn, who did many great things that year, took to long to snap the ball. Even then, there were 3 or 4 seconds left when Bryd hit the ground, but the clock ran down to 1 second for some reason.

No, top notch coaches and virtually everyone else sees how damn stupid he is and would definetly understand why we got rid of him. You think they all live in a bubble, they have all seen the stupidity.

Why do alot of people think it will be hard to get a big named coach to come to LSU?

I could probably think of about 4 million reasons... maybe more.

They really dont

Its hope that LSU does not make a coaching change.

Sure LSU can lure someone in with a bunch of money. But doesn't LSU need a coach that'll stick it out in the long run and bring stability to the program? Yeah a good coach will come to make some money but he won't have intentions of staying. When was the last time LSU had a coach like that? Don't count on having a Pete Carroll or Urban Meyer type coach when the fans try to run you out of town when adversity strikes.
