What are our chances with Lache Seastrunk? If we get him, where will we be ranked in Rivals?

Its really quiet on the Lache front,which I find highly unusual in this day and time. Usually,someone from his other choices is talking crap and all,but I mean its dead quiet. Which,for some stupid reason,makes me think that we have a chance.
