Best game to get for PS3??..also Madden or NCAA?

I am thinking about getting some new games because I just recently got my new PS3, which ones should I start off with?
Also, Madden or NCAA?..definitely getting 1 of them, but can't decide..

Apparently Ncaa Football 2010 is the worst game ever.. 
I like it, only game I have for Ps3 too. Join an online dynasty and you will be set until the new one comes out next July.

Uncharted 2 apparently is the bees knees, GTA 4 for mindless killing of hookers and jumping out of planes onto cars/people, be on the look out for Red Dead Redemption in April, FIFA '10.

Fifa 10 is one of the best games I've ever played. Also, if you're looking for something different, Little Big Planet. Should be cheap.

If you like sports games but dont care about getting the most current year version, you can get a great deal on last years version of any sports genre for DIRT cheap..Like under 20 bucks.
Keeping in line with that same thinking if you don't want to buy a new release game you can pick up the original uncharted game for a steal.

inFamous is great, metal gear solid 4, NBA2k10 if you like basketball, uncharted 1, 2, resistance 2,batman akhram asylum
