Earl Lane royally fricked up the guys who he coached so I think its fair to give Brick one more year.

I think he needs 1-2 more years. Woods underachieved his whole career, Alexander has been hurt his whole career, and Alem may just be a pass rush specialist. If guys like Chris Davenport, Sam Montgomery and Chancey Aghayere don't pan out, then it's safe to say Brick needs to get the boot.
