If you take your last English in a block your senior year, you finish that English at midterm. You could also block III & IV your junior year and if you have the rest of the credits, then you'll meet the requirements to graduate. I think for the very few people who did at my school, I think they even took them simultaneously considering the difference in curriculum it doesn't conflict.
