I'm just saying in football- they always seemed to win the title game with a loss. Basically, they got 'voted' in rather than go undefeated and be deserving of the opportunity.

2007 - I dont call a 9 game win streak to end the season with the crystal ball is "voted in".

Well I guess the BCS always votes the teams in. But once LSU pounded OSU, I didnt hear many complaints and no sportswriters I saw were really disputing it. UGA and USC didnt have great arguments.

So...the only way to be deserving is to go undefeated? So...Boise, TCU, and Cincinnati are deserving national champions?

That is a stupid statement; How dumb can you be? LSU won the outright NC on the field in 2003 and 2007 according to the rules of the NCAA. The NCAA BCS rules say absolutely nothing about having to be undefeated to win the NC.
