ok pro-les guys have a question for you:

Say Crowton is not fired this year (very possible), we lose 5 games next year (very possible), and our offense is not ranked in the top 50 in the country (very possible), therefore proving that our coaches are still having a problem developing top notch offensive talent and hurting recruiting. Are you still 100% behind Miles being the coach for 2011?
If so, please give us a legitimate reason why!

First, I'm pro-LSU guy, and whoever's head coach, OC or any other coach, I'll support them and will rip 'em a new one if that's warranted.

I know quite a few of the players (and to be fair, some of the coaches), but even if I didn't, I will not harshly criticize the players and their performances if they're giving their all (and they almost always do). Nor will I hold them responsible for LSU's lack of success, such as a 5-loss implosion; that's on the coaches, and we're paying them millions of dollars to make sure that doesn't happen, esp. with the talent we have and some great recruits on the way.

Do you really think 5 losses next yr. is "very possible?" Don't know if you mean 7-5 in the reg. season or 8-5 after a bowl game. That's a separate thread, perhaps, but if LSU has another 5-loss season, we won't have to convince Miles to turn in his keys and clean out his office.

Love your no middle-ground stance: "Are you still 100% behind Miles being the coach for 2011?"). Your subtle "...therefore proving..." reveals your agenda, as well.

As far as Crowden goes (or doesn't go), I've heard he may get another year here, so...
