In the SEC Dyer is by far the top choice. Pac 10 Seastrunk would be the top choice. Both have different styles but if you could only take 1 I'd take Dyer.
Dyer = UT Ricky Williams
not NFL(all the bagage) Ricky Williams. 
Seastrunk = Percy Harvin
