But player progression, penalties, offensive and defensive stalls and game management are all in question now.

EXACTLY!!!! MY question is, Why JUST now? These things have been going on since he got here. Yes, we are the least penalized team in the SEC right now, but the penalties we do get are usually on offense (false start, illegal shift, illegal substitution, delay of game, etc, etc, etc)! All penalties that are a result of unpreparedness...ESPECIALLY IN WEEK 11. So, why are you all JUST seeing this???

Blinded by my loyalty to LSU. Seriously, I am a fan no matter what. I'm not a fan that demands perfection. But after watching Saturday, it got me thinking about all the other stuff that's gone on for 5 years. Call it the lightbulb effect.

He made a mistake with the kick team this past week but do yall really think we would have got people lined up on time anyway?

28 seconds man!!! 28 SECONDS between when Tolliver was tackled and when JJ snapped and spiked the ball. That's enough time for BILLY BOB to sprint 200 yds. (10 a F'N 10). Definitely enough time to get the FG unit on had the coach gotten them ready during the TO before the deep pass. AND I AM NOT EVEN MENTIONING THE 17 EXTRA SECONDS THAT WE SHOULD HAVE HAD ON THE CLOCK!

You people are letting your love affair with Miles cloud all rational judgement!

I never said I was not a fan. I haven't missed a home game since 1997, and always make at least 2 road trips a year. I wear something purple and gold everyday. It is actually pretty disgusting how loyal of a fan I am. Anyway, it is kinda like supporting the troups, but not the war. I support the players all the way, but not the coaching staff. They make too much freakin money to make the kind of mistakes they have made over the years. Clock management is such a basic fundamental. The players should never have to worry about the coaches forgetting this concept...EVER!

Yep, and they should never have a coach that takes away an opportunity to win a game.

Not saying its ok, but it was a learning experience for him which I can promise he won't let happen again.

And how do you explain him not using his clock mismanagement in numerous games over the past several years as learning experiences??? Please let me hear your wonderful explanation

You are correct...I really feel bad for the boys...even as bad as we performed on Offense, we were still in a great position to win. But, the coaches single-handedly lost it for them.

Up until this past weekend, he had his record on his side. Even in 2008, that season could be written off as an anomaly. 2 losses this season would've been right in line with 2005-2007. Now we've started a losing streak against 3 teams, and I don't know anyone who's confident in stopping that losing streak against Arkansas this weekend. 7-8 against SEC opponents over the past 2 years is sobering given that we've been among the SEC elite this decade. Without that record on his side, all that's left is questionable in-game coaching decisions.

No, only the idiots who hated him from the get go.
Are fans pissed by his head up the arse showing last Saturday? Of course. Is he the first coach to pull a boneheaded stunt like that? No, not even close. See genius Belichik the previous weekend v the Colts. Stupid decisions are not the exclusive property of LM.

I was never a MILES fan. I will admit, he has taken longer to lose people than I thought.

Les is NOT more.
