He may be lacking in certain areas compared to other top coaches but he is stronger in certain areas compared to other top coaches. All in All he is one 'dam strong coach'

Name one.

He has losing records to Meyer, Saban, Richt, Nutt, Petrino.

I've got one for you since you are making me answer

If you were another HC would you really want to coach against him. Think b4 you anwser.
No coach could predict him "He often may not know what hes gonna do next.

If you loss to him ohhhhh the shite you would take.......
see where im going with this.

he is stronger in integrity and morales than Saban or Meyers or Kiffen. He generally has a good feel seat of the pants feel for certain plays (with the obvious exception of this past Saturday) such as when to go for it on 4th down or throwing a pass into the endzone with little time left in the game to win the game for us all leading to a national championship.

I think one can say he is a damstrong recruiter if you base it on recruiting rankings. I've always said one would have to be incompetent not to recruit well here in this day and age, but if one goes by recruiting rankings, he's done better than that.

Other than that I'm not sure he is in the elite category in any other areas except maybe being a nice guy.

One strength that many argue he has is hiring assistants yet we made wholesale changes on the defensive staff last year out of necessity, not attrition and seem poised to the same on the offensive staff this year.

This is a solid point.

I'd rather my coaches leaving because they're moving on to bigger responsibility and more pay. I'm looking at Jimbo, Pellini and maybe Porter this year. The rest fired or basically asked to leave?

Apparently you don't realize what the definition of a good coach is. A good coach knows what the hell is going on. That makes Les exempt.
