The Jeff Bower approach should be taken

Meaning Scott was fired but Bower took over, I don't think Les Miles should be afforded the luxury to go hire another offensive coordinator. This is his team he's assembled, he has an offensive background... he needs to go fix this shite and put a better product on the field.

Les Miles needs to fix this offense... not go hire someone else. Bower took over the coaching, Miles needs to take over his offense.

Yes the hornet’s organization has shown itself to be the kind of enterprise you want to model yourself after....should we make AD the head coach and bring back Dinardo to be his assistant. Maybe we can hire Leman Brothers to handle the financing of any contract buyouts.
