Michael Clayton wouldn't want to play for Gruden, for one. And more than a few other former Bucs players, too. Many former players were less than kind about Gruden when he left.
I have no inside sources, but some think that Gruden blows hot and cold too much with his players, that he puts too many in the dog house for no good reason and that his players don't play hard for him. These same folks think that Gruden won the Super Bowl in his first year, when there was still a good bit of the discipline left over from the Tony Dungy years.

You're welcome. What I don't get is that ANYONE who has any recent football knowledge already knew this. I only linked it to prove my point.
What I don't get is why have some people on the rant have been throwing his name out or why no one has mentioned this before?
Makes me question how much they actually know about the sport.

I heard that Gruden signed an extension to his MNF contract to do it again next year, so I don't think it's feasible.
Sorry don't have a link, but.........

"Any 12 yr old boy that plays Playstation can tell you when a timeout needs to be called"
That's it. You're brilliant! We hire a twelve year old playstation child prodigy to tutor Miles for a couple of hours a day. Problem solved for next year.

We know it will be a very long time before we ever get a coach like Gruden, but just let some of dream a little.

Dont compare wies to gruden, the difference is wies was a OC not a head coach, ND was his first HC job, Gruden was a superbowl winning HC
