re: Miles on the hot seat despite chance to finish season 10-3

I'm inclined to agree with some others. Les has always been mediocre and in the past, the team found ways to win in spite of the coaching, not because of the coaching. He's always been in over his head. If there's a way, I'd cut him loose after this season and do my utmost to hire somebody with imagination and discipline. Look at what Cinnicinnati's done with little guys - can we get that guy?
