Miles and Crowton need to go. BUT his fat contract will get him another year. Crowton is toast, but Miles is to blame, he is the HC. Go get Harbaugh.

I don't. Primarily since I haven't seen him progress at all this season.
His pocket presence needs helps, but hopefully better OL play will help that...
On his first TD pass to Randle, he stayed in the pocket, delivered the TD pass while knowing he was about to take a big hit. It was a very nice play.

The Ole Miss game was Jefferson's 12TH START. That is technically ONE FULL SEASON under his belt.
Arky last year, bowl game, and 10 games this year since he didn't start vs Tech.
I think he's making great progress, despite incompetant coaching, and a piss poor OLine. Does he take sacks that he shouldn't? Yes. I don't fault him for the sack he took Saturday down at the 30. He had NO SHORT route to throw too.
That is PISS POOR coaching, my friend. PISS POOR.
