I got La Tech +10 @Fresno, Fresno will be w/o their starting RB Ryan Mathews. the nations leading rusher, and in past weeks LaTech has lost to LSU by 8 and Boise St. by 10 So 
seems like a good call to me

Louisiana Tech is 3-11 ATS in its last 14 games on the road.
Fresno State is 0-5 ATS in its last 5 games when playing Louisiana Tech....
could be a good call, their running back is out but you don't get those kind of stats without a good offensive line. So who knows which way it will go. La tech has just spent a lot of energy playing the two toughest opponents they will face all year in back to back weeks so it could be time to lay an egg as well.
