I decided I was going to buy one piece from the Alex Box sale, had my sights on a couple pieces, decided on this one.
As for my wife, she really doesn't care sine I have to sell off some of my collection to pay for it.

I think those are cool as hell.
Funny thing about this sale, most stuff is going well below what I believe they are worth, but the stuff they got on the non-auction, is way over priced.
$80 for dirt?
$150 for a 12"x12" piece of backstop netting?

who is that stuff worth that much to? I'm a huge LSU basketball fan and I have no desire to own a chair from the bench, a piece of the scoreboard, or a piece of the floor if it involves paying an insane amount of money...

I am a collector, I do not buy stuff for an investment return in the future, but I do try to buy stuff at a good price, knowing can always sell it and not lose money on it.
For some reason, LSU is a highly collected school, as far as its sports items.
