Well he does have a better record than Saban at LSU and is definitely a better bowl game coach than Saban- compare Miles 4 straight blow outs to Saban's record at LSU 3-2 and Alabama, 1-1.

Let's all try to be real for a minute.
Saban came to LSU as we were coming off our worst decade in history...thats HISTORY as in forever.
Miles came here after our an SECC and our first NC in 50 years.
Im an LSU fan so I just want the best for us but dont look stupid trying to compare Miles and Saban as far as pure coaching goes and by disrespecting the monumental task of turning our program around.
Miles is our coach now so I am pulling for him. He is a funnier more affable/likable guy for sure and I hope he can be our Mack Brown and keep getting ridiculous talent for years to come.
