I'm sure there are some in Birmingham, check Travelocity. My father-in-law booked a room at the LaQuinta in Hoover last week.

Stay in Meridian MS, York or there is a Comfort Inn in Eutaw about 35 miles from Tuscaloosa. No rooms here for that weekend.

You will have a hard time parking this near campus...they have run off their own people the last couple of years. Most RV's are now parked down by the river off River Road near the old Tuscaloosa Chevy lot.

Done it over a dozen times. Never had any traffic issue at all.

Usually the Bama fans flood out of there in a hurry right after the game. Sitting back, drinking, and enjoying the win will give time for a large portion to move along.

Feel free to try it again. Bring a book and read it while you drive back. There will be 150,000-200,000 people in the stadium and on campus for that one and 70% of them will head back in this direction afterwards.

I was there for 20. Parking is definitely a problem if you don't know what you're doing or where to park. But it's easy to get in & out if you do.

We stayed in Demopolis Alabama two years ago. Nice new hotel and an easy drive both ways

So anyone have a suggestion on where to park? I am not worried about traffic after the game, more concerned with being as easy as possible. I know it won't be close.
