target a team thats getting little production from a WR..and offer them a WR/RB for their #1 RB.

I'm kinda in the same boat at needing to trade a WR and have almost the exact same players:

Andre Johnson
Randy Moss
Vincent Jackson
Steve Smith

I have a guy who's desperate at WR and I'm pretty sure will trade me Cedric Benson with a few other parts thrown in, which of these WR's has the least potential going forward?

Look for the team light at WR and heavy at RB. That is where you will get your best value. Not trying to talk down to you but in case you did not know, sort the player list by all taken players at those two positions.
