It makes me sick that the sec is coming out now and suspending officials and admitting blown calls. Where were they after the auburn game in 04. They said they shouldn't have made the celebration penalty against aj green. Did they apologize for the one against Charles Scott? And people act like that cost them the game. Both teams had same opportunities. Lsu got a big return and drove it to score. Uga did not.

Of course lsu needs to figure out how to get their offense working, but my first question going into any auburn game is this: who is officiating?

04', was that the first and only call ever on using someone else has leverage to block a kick?

The refs actually made the correct call in that game if you follow the rule book verbatim.

Sure. But when it is done often and never called, to call it that one time is... unfortunate.

This is true, but this situation didn't deserve an admonishment from the SEC office because it actually was the correct call.

Can't really do anything about the past, but I'm glad they finally are doing something about it. I still am amazed that the SEC has such crummy officiating.

Well, who in particular would you like to see?

I am just glad they recognized the problem and are doing something about it. I just want the games called fair. I wished to GOD!!!! they didn't call that stupid arse celebration penalty. That has kept Gary Danielson and UGA talking 4 weeks later. Funny how the UF WR hold on the LSU db never was mentioned after the ball was snapped on the next possession. SICK! SICK! SICK of SEC refs Fing up calls!

Then in two weeks when LSU plays Bama you should just go ahead and check yourself into hospital. The refs are going to make every call in Bama's favor.

The SEC is wrong !
Not for suspending the crew...they should have done it.
BUT,
for doing in a PUBLIC manner.

They were more concerned in covering their arse (improving their image) than fixing the problem.

You PRAISE in PUBLIC, you REPRIMAND in PRIVATE
..otherwise you tear down your own employees

I wouldn't say it's crummy................ just predetermined for monetary purposes. That's the way life is when enough money gets involved in it.

Old ed pro baseball player told a kid who was complaining about the umpire calling low strikes, " son, we didn't come to umpire, we came to play baseball." Do your job and everything else falls into place.

Its hilarious how folks here forget our 04 game in TS when we're up 10-6 and the most blatant PI call ever is performed and its a no call leading to an interception for LSWho.
THE WORST missed call, or just flat didnt want to Ive ever seen in my life. Now, again, do ALL calls go our way?

BY the way, we had 110 yds in penalties last week. I dont think thats protecting. Stop making your excuses already. We are a heavily penalized team.

Oh and go check out the 04 no call.Yea, I'm sure that'll happen. That would take away any argument that LSU has ever gotten away with one
