Road trip to Miami

I'm considering driving since airfare is too high being so last minute. Anyone has taken this drive before and what's it like?

Long and boring. No scenery whatsoever below I-10 until about Fort Lauderdale.

I think you should put it off til the Atlanta game personally. It's a bigger game with a better rivalry atmosphere.
Also - cheaper airfare (I got roundtrip under $200 and I won't have to use vacation days), cheap hotels (Pricelined the Hyatt Regency for $52 a night), cheap game tickets, and efficient/cheap public transport to the Airport ($2.50 METRA ride).

hey go through va take route 17 it should take you most of the way alot stoping areas for you and you can get rest cause they have alot hotels

yes its like 16 hours from baton rouge. I have done it once. The drive back will be brutal. I second the atlanta road trip even though there is why more to do in Miami.
