How does noise affect a concussion? I read where the noise may be a factor when considering whether or not Tebow plays.

Same way noise bothers you when you have a headache

although I'm sure it's worse with a concussion

College Football Live did a pretty good segment yesterday on how the noise affects communication. They piped crowd noise into the studio from previous games in Death Valley. The two guys had a hard time hearing each other and they were sitting 2ft apart. Jesse Palmer also told his story about the '97 game and how it was the loudest and most vicious environment he'd been in pro or college. The fans definitely have a reputation to maintain this weekend.

Why does TS need piped crowd noise in the damn thing. We can't make enough noise on our own.

The piped in crowd noise he was refering to was in the ESPN studio. Reading comprehension, it's your friend.

It can increase ICP. Pressure in the brain. So can any strenuous activity for that matter. If this is a potential factor for him, he will not play at all. My conclusion - If he plays it will not affect him. If he has a headache he should not play.
