What time are the meetings?

quote:Dinner is served at 6 PM and the meeting starts around 7, depending on if everyone has made it through the food serving line. It is very informal and friendly. During dinner you can sit anywhere, including with the players if you are so inclined. It really is a fun time to be with the players and coaches.

Thanks. I joined last week. Thinking about attending on the 22nd, bringing the 9 year old, and staying over for the Auburn game.

How much and how do you join the Coaches Committee?
Posted on 10/8/09 at 2:25 pm to joe4funn69
It's $300/year and you can call Will Davis in the baseball coaches office (or better yet, ask for Ms. Virginia who is the baseball secretary and really runs the office anyway) or just show up at the meeting on 10/22 with a check and tell the bat girls who will be at the sign in table you want to join. They'll give you a form to fill out and you're in!

quote:Yes, he was a catcher when he played for LSU so he probably did pull some bullpen time. He is sort of the Coaches Committee coordinator for Mainieri.

Thanks for the info. Will have to wait till next year to join. Had to replace a couple of appliances at home and help my mom with replacing her old fuse box in N.O. Insurance companies must be getting kickbacks again. Force people to replace the old fuse boxes that have worked forever and they discount the home owner a couple hundred less than the licensed electrician charges for the replacement. Hmmm.
