There are many of you out there who think the program is headed down the toilet and the coaches should be fired, all after a WIN no less. I have seen you on here, I have seen you out in public, I have even seen your Facebook statuses concerning the topic.

Question: just on the off chance that the Tigers continue to win games...and improve... and end up something like 10-2 and maybe even go to the SEC Championship game (not saying it will or won't happen, just saying IF), will you people feel like major dumbasses? Will you look back and say how wrong you were? My thought is that these people will be pissed if we end up 10-2 because it meant that they were wrong...

I mean the people who specifically think our coaches should be dumped right now.

I will GLADLY feel like a dumbass if that happens. I will also come back here and admit being a dumbass.

However, I'm not callign for the coaches heads, YET.

well sure if we end up 10-2 i doubt anyone will call for les and co. to be fired

HOWEVER, if we keep playing like this, no way we will be 10-2

and i dont think ive seen anyone say les should be fired immediately...that would just be a train wreck

and yea, if we lose 5-6 games, which i believe we will with our current level of play, i will be for firing les...definitely hope he proves me wrong

There is no way anyone could say that right now, they are confident we could go 10-2. We were told of change and it hasn't happened. We have a right to be upset.

I know at least 3 people whose Facebook status mentioned firing Les once the plane touched down from Starkville.

well that would be silly

firing les right now would not improve the program in anyway, shape or form

now after the season...

I never said I kept good company...what bothers me is that certain people aren't even giving it a chance... I know we don't look great at the moment, but damn, let's at least lose a game before we start making irrational decisions

just wake miles up he seems dead most of the time. The team now is not fun to watch.I have spent over $20,000 this year following the Tigers and watching them play like their Coach acts.

I'm just glad We are 4-0 and still winning.. Not worry about how bad we played.... But I know we are improving as the days go by...By improving I mean They are slowly fixing and adjusting. I'm wondering if we play bad and still beat Georgia and Florida I wonder what would they say?

New defensive coordinator and young offense are still adjusting and working hard to making it work.......

Oh, its very possible with the talent we have...

Jordan Jefferson gets rid of the ball about as fast as I pinch one off with a hemorrhoid. Gary Crowton has more packages than a Ron Jeremy flick. Bad combination. 2 losses is right. It'll take two losses the next two weeks until the Jarrett Lee/Russel Shepard show comes to town and everybody forgets real quick about #9. Jefferson is garbage. Granted, Lee threw his INT's for oppo TD's, but... he was a freakin' redshirt freshman thrown to the lions. 75/25 Lee and Shepard. Pro style/wildcat. Get rid of the option and Trindon Holliday(he has no business at tailback). Let the defense work. Run the football with Scott and Williams, throw every third first down and according to down and distance. It won't happen, though. Miles will stick with Crowton and Jefferson like he stuck with Bradley-Dale and Doug Mallory.

we're about to start playing teams with equal or better talent though

you cant argue the fact that we've won the first 4 games because we had vastly superior talent

thats not going to be the case from here on out, sans a few games
