Just wondering about Vandy injuries from LSU game...

i know that a couple of Vandy first line players went down while playing LSU. Who were these guys and what did they mean to their team at the time?
a few things to ponder as an LSU fan this Sat.
also, against MSU this weekend ... watch out for Ducre and keep a spy on Anthony Dixon at all times. Mullins being fresh and new will add more troubles to the equation of the outcome of this one.

OL and secondary. Anytime a team loses a starting lineman, especially one that had started all 13 games the year before, they will have some issues--like Georgia last year.
As for the CB Vandy lost, State didn't really throw much last week. Lots of straight runs and counters.

Please tell me this is not one of those threads about how a team is "never the same" after getting beat-up from playing LSU.
I remember 3~4 years ago when y'all just wouldn't stop about how Auburn just "wasn't the same team" after playing LSU and their season when into a nosedive.
Well Vandy was the same team...a crappy team. So please PLEASE don't start saying all their losses was because LSU kicked their teeth in. I think we all agree this LSU team - while good - is not the powerhouse team from '03 '04 etc. Seriously folks!

I was wondering the same thing. Vandy players were dropping like flies in the LSU game. MOst of their injuries look rather serious to me.

Shove it,Gator. Shouldn't you be giving those poor widdle Gators some ice cream and Tylenol to stop sneezing. Urban said they didn't play well vs Tennessee "cause they didn't feel good".

Yeah, he was their starting left tackle with tons of experience. It's the equivalent of losing Ciron Black for the next game. Definitely alters the game plan for Vandy.
So, Gator you can shove it!

Yeah, that's right, you people are stupid. Losing your best offensive lineman usually improves your offensive output the following week. Geez... don't yall know anything about football.
It's official Gator doesn't know what he is talking about.

Lost their starting O lineman and saftey for the year. Tough break for them.
Is Urban gonna cry after we beat him this year ?

Nah, he'll just make excuses about how his team wasn't feeling up to par.

Ok, I'll change it to LSU wasn't the same defense after Alexander went down and then Dorsey got chop blocked. Same result.
They call them 1st team, because they are the best at their position. If they go down, the team is 2nd team. Understand the concept?
