i have 4 tix since 1999. Missed 2 games in that span. Never leave early. Ever.

I am very lucky to have paid for them this year before I got laid off from work due to this suck arse economy.

I have no plans on releasing them, but you never know.

I don't know if its been mentioned much, but my parking pass is more valuble to me than the tickets.I get asked if I want extra tix just about every week.I know of many people in my age range 40-50's who got out of going because parking became so ridic.LSU developed so much of the longtime free parking areas, and the (tailgating but not going crowd) has grown so big its taken a lot of the pleasure out of the experience.JMHO

Whats funny is i see many people in thread who are always bitchin about the team. well it takes a lot of money to have a top notch football team. IMO if u don't donate to the university or pay for tickets then u shouldn't have a voice as far as if a coach goes or not etc. to answer the question though, i think around 500-750 a season ticket in non chair backs but lower bowl is pretty fair. chair backs i would 1000-1500. i don't have season tickets yet but will as soon as i finish building my house. i still donate what i can every year, but believe that paying off my house in under 3 years is more important. imo if u have a family income around 100k then u should be able to afford 2 season tickets non chair back pretty easily if u live within your means and lsu football is important to u. and anybody complaining about parking is lazy. if u get there early parking at kirby is wide open till around 11. besides most people in this state are fat as hell and could use the exercise. as far as the fees go, we get off cheap and look at it as rapaying the university that has given u so much and allowed u to afford those tickets.

In SF, Kelly's Tavern is a great place to watch. Final Final is good too. I have a 9mos old girl, so I've been watching from home this year to give the wife a break on weekends.

I've held on to mine so far but this year I sold them to the family sitting next to us and will buy scalpers if i want to go to Auburn or Florida games.

Like a previous poster stated there are only three games at the most the are competitive. The rest are just practice warmups for the fans the team.

I do think TAF has reached the max of the majority of fans. Did the sell out the super expensive suites at the Box for the football games?
