Student Section for Vandy Game....

Besides you guys booing JLee when he came on the field, I want to give you props for your energy during the game. You guys where cheering your asses off and keep the stadium alive.

Must have been people around you. From what I've seen in the two boo-oriented threads on here, none of the students heard booing...I think we would have heard it coming from our own section if people across the way heard it.

I had no voice this morning when I woke up, I had a blast in the student section last night.
And besides a few that booed Lee, another bad thing was that many students continued to say "you suck" during the oh-wee-oh chant. Next week, when the band doesn't paly it, the same people who chanted "you suck" will wonder why

i was in the student section and i heard it...dumb...but you are right...for once i was proud to be in the student section in a game that wasn't against a top teir sec opponent (ie Aub, Fla, Bama).

im very proud of my fellow students, thanks to all of you who stayed. i stayed till the end
wish i could say the same for the greek section and the rest of the stadium
before you guys go off on me
i realize Yes there were greeks that stayed and yes there were other non students that stayed. but it looks bad for the greeks when their section takes half of the first quarter to fill up and then halfway through the second it is half empty agian

I'm actually pretty impressed with them. I'm pretty much surrounded by them, and I noticed that most of the seats were full up until the last few minutes of the game. I'd say that even up to 60% of the sorority girls stayed at least until halfway through the 4th quarter...they must have threatened to take away their topsiders and polka dot rubber boots or something...

i will give them that, they did have a stronger showing than i expected, its just so obvious when they have their own roped of section ya know
i think they should have regular seats so that you cant tell when a group is missing
