I don't get it either. He seems like one of the most likeable, geniune coaches around. I think it may just be jealousy. They don't like to see a nice guy like that come out on top the way he does, so they try really hard to come up with some fault. (oh he called a time out at the wrong time 5 years ago, woo whoo, what a dummy, etc) (he talks like a normal person, not like a calculating slime ball, therefore he must not be smart, etc etc etc.)
